Born in Bisbee, Arizona and a graduate of Arizona State University, Mr. Katsenes has been a leader in the insurance industry for over 40 years.  He is a Charter Life Underwriter, a member and past-President of the Phoenix Association of Independent Insurance Agents.

John Katsenes has also dedicated himself to civic and community service.  He is a former Phoenix City Councilman and Maricopa County Supervisor.  He is a life-member of the Thunderbirds, as well as the past-President of the Phoenix Jaycees, Phoenix Big Brothers, and a former Vice-President of the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.

Tom Katsenes oversees the firm’s employee benefits practice.  Tom works with a diverse client base – managing comprehensive employee benefits that include medical, dental, life, disability and 401k coverage.  Prior to heading up the business practice, Tom worked for a national dental insurance carrier and leading health insurer.  Tom is an active member of the Health Insurance Association of America and the greater Phoenix Association of Health Underwriters. 

Tom is a graduate of Arizona Sate University.   Following a strong family tradition of community service, Tom works with a number of community and philanthropic organizations.  Some of the organizations he is currently involved with include Phoenix Day and Scottsdale 20/30.
